About ordering
How do I place an order?
There are two ways you can shop with us: online or by phone.

- Online - www.the-blue-dragon.com - the quickest way to order from our online collection - Click on the navigation tabs above (Aikido, Mixed Martial Arts, Kung Fu etc.) to go through to our online collection. Then click on any product image for more information and to check availability.  From there you can add the product to your shopping basket or return to the online collection. To complete your order, click 'Checkout', displayed in the bottom right corner, and follow the simple instructions on screen.

- By phone - call us on +33 1 41 73 32 39. Our Customer Care Team is available 6 days a week (from Monday to Saturday), from 9am to 7pm and can confirm availability of all our products.  We speak English, French and Italian.

Can I cancel an order ?
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call +33 1 41 73 32 39 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However; items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

Our collections change so rapidly that our catalogue is our website. It allows us to update it in real time when new products are available. So, we do not publish a printed catalogue.

Measuring tips : If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler. For chest, lift your arms slightly and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest.

Measuring tips : If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler. Measure around your waistline where you normally wear your pants. Keep a finger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate fit.

How do I pay for my order?
At Blue Dragon we don't just deliver merchandise, we also do our best to provide a safe and convenient online shopping experience. You can pay securely online via this website using Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard. Blue Dragon ensures secure payment of all online transactions to SSL standards, one of the most reliable encryption protocols available at present. Your credit card details are encrypted and sent directly to our payment clearers, Ogone, without passing via our site. Blue Dragon does not receive your credit card details or bank authorisations unless you knowingly give them to us by phone or fax. If you're not quite comfortable shopping online, or would prefer to make your purchase by telephone, just give us a call at +33 1 41 73 32 39. Our Customer Service will be happy to take your order over the phone (Monday to Saturday - 9 am to 7 pm).

Is it possible to Pay on Delivery ?
Blue Dragon has now a Collect on Delivery (COD) service. This means you can order all of your products online and pay for them when they arrive. UPS will collect payment for your order on delivery. The charge for collecting payment is 13€ / 18 USD. We can offer a payment on delivery for shipments in EU, Norway, Switzerland, United States and Canada. To choose this payment method, you just have to click on payment method selection page "Contre-Remboursement / Payment On Delivery".

How can I track my package ?
Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an e-mail from Blue Dragon/UPS confirming shipment.  It will provide you your tracking number and scheduled delivery date.

What if I am not home when a delivery is attempted ?
A UPS InfoNotice is left by the UPS driver to indicate that a delivery has been attempted and UPS will make up to three delivery attempts, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

What time will the next attempt be made?
If this was a first or second attempt, the next delivery attempt will be made on the next business day. Your UPS driver will have indicated on the UPS InfoNotice the approximate time range within which the next attempt will be made.

There were three attempts made to deliver my shipment, but I was not at home. What happens to my shipment now?
UPS will hold your shipment for five business days at the nearest UPS center. If the shipment is not picked up within five business days, it will be returned to the sender and a postcard will be sent to the consignee.

How can I plan ahead to receive my shipment on the first delivery attempt?
To receive your shipment on the first delivery attempt, track the shipment and leave a note for the driver on the scheduled delivery day. The note can instruct the driver to either leave the shipment, or, if a signature is required, deliver it to a neighbor who is home during the day. Other options include having shipments sent to an address where someone is available during the day.

Returns, Exchange and Refunds
Can I exchange a product if it's not right?
Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays. We will be happy to exchange your product for you with no additionnal cost for shipping ! After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us (Blue Dragon, 27 Rue du Jura, BP 30510, 94623 Rungis, France) for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused, returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Who will pay the return shipping costs?
If we have supplied you with incorrect goods or the goods received are damaged or faulty and are being returned for an identical replacement then we will happily apply a credit to your account to cover the delivery costs of you returning the goods to us.  We will also pay for the redelivery of your replacement products. If we have correctly supplied you with the product/s that you ordered, but you still want to return them, you will pay your own return delivery costs but we will be happy to pay the shipping of the replacement goods!

Blue Dragon exclusive Rewards Points program
What is the Reward Point Program?
The Blue Dragon reward point program is a loyalty scheme. When you spend money at our store we would like to give you an incentive to thank you for choosing Blue Dragon. Our Reward Point Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at Blue Dragon you will earn Fidelity Points for the money you spend and you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at our store.

How does the Program work?
When an order is placed, the amount of the order (excluding delivery charges and taxes) will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them. You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.

How are reward points calculated?
Currently, for every 1€ (without taxes) spent at Blue Dragon you'll earn 10 points. When you have accumulated 200 points, you will be entitled to redeem some or all of your points on your next order. 200 fidelity points equal 1€ discount when checking out with Points.

How can I use my fidelity points ?
It is very easy : during the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, you will have to choose "fidelity points" as payment method. Then, there will be a box to enter the amount of points you wish to redeem.  Then;  you will still have to select the payment method to cover the balance due on the product(s) plus cost of postage. Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Fidelity Points account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance. Please note that you will only be awarded points on the balance remaining after the points have been redeemed (excluding delivery).
